It will cause serious consequences if using compressed air without drying(moisture removal), purification (impurities removal) in production process.


1. The deterioration of lubricating oil may cause sealing materials such as rubber, plastic ageing, and block the hole to make valve failure.


2. Polluting products, water may cause metal device and pipework rust; water and powder may block hole or filter screen. In cold area, it also may cause pipework freeze or crack.


3. Due to poor compressed air quality, the reliability and life of pneumatic system may be reduced greatly, so loss is much higher than the acquisition cost and maintenance cost of air treatment equipment.


4. The impurities in compressed air will directly lead to poor quality(such as spraying industry).
