First, incorrect selection of the dryer

Twin tower adsorption dryer defects: uneven distribution of air flow, there are adsorption dead angle, forming a "tunnel" effect easily, high energy consumption, difficult secondary filling adsorbent, untight adsorbent filling and so on. Fourth, adsorbent should be replaced immediately

Drying effect is the best effects during early use dryer, while long-term use desiccant results in weak adsorption performance of desiccant, adsorbent powder etc. over time, so it should be replaced in time to ensure stability and lasting running of the dryer.
