Advantages Analysis on Biteman Precision Filter


Biteman precision filter is mainly used for filtering solid impurities of compressed air. Impurities and oil of compressed air are high requirements on precision filter. Only using compressed air precision filter, will you achieve desired filtering effect.





Advantages of biteman precision filter:

1.Structural advantages: filter element adopts open design, making impurities (after filtering) directly pass liquid storage chamber(no need permeate through filter cartridge), then discharge by automatic drainage valve, changing the structure of the traditional filter.

2. Filter material: middle part filter element use polymer filter material (glass fiber), it has a certain adsorption effect to protect filter effect for oil mist and other impurities.


3. Filter method: part of compressed air purge inner wall of the filter cartridge from top to bottom, make it effective elimination after filtering compressed air, meanwhile reducing the resistance of filter cartridge for compressed air.

 4. Easy maintenance: filter shell connect &fix with pull rod, it’s easy to replace filter cartridge.
