Application Notes


The competition is mountain cross country race for a long distance , is also a high-risk Athletics project , so there have higher requirements for the participants physical condition. Participants should be healthy and have a cross-country or marathon experience.

【Application requirements】



1. Participating experience

50 km: within a year, having participated in and successfully finished more than 30 km cross-country race or full marathon game within 5 hours;

20 km: regular walking and running.



2. Age requirement

50km ：from 18 to 65

20km ：from 18 to 70



3. Certificate of physical examination：


(provide hospital health certificate at the county level within six months, including: ECG, chest X-ray, or not to participate in); hospital medical certificate above the county level within six months. The following groups are not recommended to participate:

① congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease patients;

② patients with hypertension and cerebrovascular disease;

③ myocarditis and other heart disease patients;

④ patients with coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia;

⑤ patients with hyperglycemia or too little diabetes;

⑥ pregnant women

⑦ other patients who are not suitable for exercise.



4. Sign a disclaimer and an environmental protection agreement.

50 km (elite group): 10 quota (only for professionals);

20 km (amateur group): 50 quota (both professionals and amateurs ). You can sign up from now on.
