Compressed air drying system is basic requirements to maintain the reliability of production process and final product quality, while untreated air may lead to pipeline corrosion, premature failure of pneumatic equipment, product deterioration and other consequences:


1. Select appropriate purification system based on the rated air pressure and pressure of air compressor.

2. Select dryer model No. based on intake air temperature, rated air pressure, rated pressure value and ambient temperature.

3. Select what type of dryer to configure based on the level of dry dew point value;

4. Select filters and confirm filter model based on the level of oil content index, dust content index;


The process of drying and purifying compressed air is mainly drying and filtering process, It is also a process of constantly reduce temperature. the temperature plays an important role in purification, inlet temperature and ambient temperature directly affect drying and purification effect.
