We know that complete compressed air purification system is composed of air compressor, gas storage tank, filter, compressed air dryer and other different individuals. In other words, each component is independent.










No matter what types of compressed air dryer (refrigeration dryer or adsorption dryer), its greatest role is to remove moisture in the compressed air system. The filter is to remove moisture, oil, dust and other impurities in compressed air.

Dry &clean principle:

1. Compressed air enter air inlet, and airflow is even divergency, and thus fully contact with the refrigerant. The moisture of compressed air falls liquid storage chamber and discharges out through integrated drain valve under the gravity. While the dry compressed air will flow out from the upper outlet, then enter oil-water separator and get second drying.





















2. Dry compressed air enter oil & water separator, at this time, the remaining part water, oil is out of dry compressed air by oil & water separation, and then vertical drop the liquid storage chamber to discharge out by integrated drainage valve. The dry compressed air flows out from upper outlet and enters the rear end filter.






















3. Compressed air will pass two-stage filter after drying, which filters out (impurities, dust) making compressed air becomes more clean.





















Feature:

(1). High heat transfer efficiency, low energy consumption. The compressed air is directly exchanged with refrigerant tube.

(2). High water division efficiency. Vertical structure makes dehydration of moisture much efficient moisture under the gravity.





















2. Functional extension

(2). Built-in three high efficient precision filters, its filter effect are increasing, filter space is increasing.

The drying and filtering device is mainly composed of the upper cover, the lower cover, the shell, the stainless steel net and the cooling pipe. The upper cover or the lower cover can be connected with the shell, which can be connected by thread way or independent of each other by pull rod.





















High-temperature compressed air enters the inside of stainless steel mesh from inlet of the airflow, then uniformly spreads out through it (the stainless steel mesh), and then the temperature is reduced after contacting with the cooling pipe, The saturated water in the high-temperature compressed air condenses into liquid water, after that concentrating into the reservoir by gravity, finally regular discharge through the outfall and drainage valve, dry compressed air outflow from the outlet of airflow, which effectively solves the drying and filtering of moisture of high temperature compressed air, the cooling tube can be either refrigerant or  cooling water.
