5. Which several forms for adsorption dryer?

According to the regeneration way of adsorbent, it can be divided into heatless regeneration adsorption dryer and heat regeneration adsorption dryer. It also known as "pressure swing adsorption" due to isothermal adsorption work of heatless adsorption dryer; another it also known as "temperature swing adsorption" according to isobaric adsorption for heat adsorption dryer. In practice, there is a micro-heat dryer, micro-heat regeneration dryer is heating on the regeneration gas formally, it belongs to "pressure swing adsorption" dryer due to its own low water content of the dry air for using regeneration gas.


6. What effects they are for muffler in adsorption dryer?

Muffler can reduce the noise of adsorption dryer discharge from the regenerative gas. it will cause gas vibration and produce a strong exhaust noise, which generally up to 80 ~ 110dB due to a certain pressure of regeneration waste gas discharge and faster exhaust speed. according to relevant provisions, it is required to take soundproof measures when exhaust noise is greater than 75dB. In the adsorption dryer, it is likely to block muffler, and need frequent cleaning and inspection at appropriate temperature, there will be condensate accumulation due to a lot of dust and water vapor during regeneration exhaust.


7. Function of orifice of regeneration valve:

a. Reducing regeneration gas pressure to near atmospheric pressure.

b. Making regeneration air pressure is greater than resistance of adsorption bed, then ensuring that it can be discharged from the tower for desorbed water vapor.

c. Making regeneration gas continuously flows adsorption bed for specified time and it may be close to saturation before leaving tower.
