2. Purchasing cost is higher if buy good purification equipment

Good purification equipment can provide stable and clean compressed air for production and minimize adverse effects of impurities for pneumatic equipment and product, it also can save a lot of unnecessary waste. overall efficiency is much higher than normal purification equipment.



3. The dryer already attached with a purification equipment without any further transformation

Compresses air system belongs to basic industry equipment. its energy consumption is about 10%~35% of total plant energy consumption, using more stable and energy-saving purification equipment, which meets the business gas requirements. it will not only enhances whole technological level, but also reduces production cost and also response to the national energy saving call.



4. Match with single filter only
General misunderstanding is to select single filter on the desired accuracy according to required air quality to save money. but in fact, air quality is determined by selected accuracy of single filter, high precision filter will accelerate frequency of filter replacement and increase the production cost in effect.





5. Without filter replacement for a long time

After the filter is contaminated, air flow will be smaller in the system and increases pressure drop. at the same time, increases energy consumption costs and burden on the environment.
