Comparison of Adsorption Dryer and Modular-Units Dryer

Energy consumption: energy consumption of adsorption dryer mainly refers to the power and gas consumption, energy consumption; modular-units dryer mainly mention controller power consumption and low gas consumption without other power loss (except micro-heat models) , heat-less models ≤ 5%, micro-heat type ≤ 2%;


4. Volume: adsorption dryer is much bigger size, modular-units dryer is small size, it can save space;

5. Modular-units dryer does not belong to the scope of pressure vessels, it not only improve the safety performance of equipment, but also save the costs and time of pressure vessel inspection.
