Refrigeration dryer condensate and separate out to achieve drying effect through the principle of heat exchange and cooling. However, compressed air after drying contains liquid water for pressure dew point are generally above +3 ℃, which can’t meet production needs due to the working principle and structural constraints.

Refrigerant (Freon) evaporation temperature is not allowed to less than 2 ℃, otherwise it will freeze and plug pipeline, resulting in compressed air can not pass. cooling principle determines pressure dew point of gas real outlet can not reach set value of the evaporator. Therefore, it is necessary to increase refrigerant compressor power to obtain a lower dew point, thus greatly increase production cost. Moreover, the refrigerant produces gas can destroy atmosphere (Freon), and cause great pollution to the environment.

Survey shows that most industries and pneumatic equipment require between -20 ℃ ~ -40 ℃ pressure dew point of compressed air. however, the majority of users real-measured dew point are between 20 ℃ ~ 35 ℃ and mix with a lot of liquid water at current market, which greatly reduces service life of equipment and increases failure rate of equipment. energy consumption (mainly electric energy) is very high, reaching about 6% when outlet temperature of compressed air is 45 ℃ and pressure dew point is 10 ℃.
