It is an energy-saving compressed air drying device, which uses ambient air blast regeneration process, so it can save compressed air for a lot of product what traditional process regeneration require.

Second, comparison of energy consumption

Biteman heatless modular-units need 5% regeneration gas consumption, biteman micro-heat modular-units dryer need 2% regeneration gas consumption, although  the blast regeneration dryer with zero gas consumption does not require regeneration gas consumption, does it seems to represent energy-saving? In fact, as the law of conservation of energy: energy neither eliminate nor create, it is only from one form to another form, or from an object to another object. therefore, blast heat regeneration adsorption dryer with zero gas consumption needs to consume a certain amount of energy.

Outlet air quality
Use multi-tube combined adsorption, slow down the gas flow rate, increase  contact area & contact time between molecular sieve and compressed air, so that molecular sieve can fully absorb water molecules in the air; use storm fill method, making adsorption bed uniform and stable, providing users  stable quality, clean compressed air.
Use single tank as adsorption pipeline, adsorption bed has not been completely filled, the gas is likely to produce tunneling effect; it is not sufficient to dry & regeneration,existing instability of compressed air quality due to short contact time of desiccant.
Pressure loss
Airflow enters from the port, forming a s mall convection pressure drop  between the upper and lower trachea. before and after pressure drop of dryer is less than 0.012 Mpa.
Big pressure drop usually reach up to 0.03 Mpa, twin tower adsorption dryer complex pipeline, valve parts, as well as the mutation of flow area between tower and connecting pipe and other structural reasons for such large pressure drop, so increase the compressor load and operating costs.
Adsorbent
Low adsorbents cost. use the most advanced molecular sieves, and long durability of molecular sieve (2 ~3 years). the amount of adsorbent is only traditional 1/3, which is a major saving factor. 

High adsorbent costs. main use  activated alumina, large filling amount, and need annual replacement.
Protection device of pressure drop
Bypass function effectively guarantee the stability of gas supply, then avoid interruption of gas supply due to failure of equipment parts. 
Production line immediately interrupt gas supply after failure, causing huge losses on the production
regeneration gas consumption amount
Use unique silencer emission design, making  water molecules of molecular sieve surface  is instantaneous emission with the air flow, reducing the loss of regenerative gas. heatless is 5%,micro-heat is 2%, it greatly save energy resource, which is in line with national low-carbon economic policy, and enable enterprises to obtain great economic benefits.
Although it don’t need consume regeneration gas amount, it need to consume a certain amount of electric energy
Maintenance&repair
Simple maintain , low cost. Moving parts is few and easy disassembly.
Welding structure makes daily maintenance extremely inconvenient and  high cost.
Product quality
Use high-quality aluminum alloy production, aluminum alloy of adsorption module do anti-corrosion treatment, completely avoid heat compressed air corrosion
Made of carbon steel, it will be corrosion soon after touching with heat compressed air, especially the rust inner surface will pollute downstream air
Safety
Use modular-units design, each module size is less than 25L, it does not belong to the pressure vessel, so it can be installed in workshop
It belongs to the scope of pressure vessels, then increase security risks to enterprise. each year need to conduct annual inspection, consuming enterprise's human and material resources
