The working principle of zhaoyu dryer (based on the two modules), adsorption process: open air intake valve and close exhaust valve; the compressed air enters the adsorption group (group A) from the inlet D, then enter gas side from the outlet C after adsorption via group A. regeneration process: the dry air flowing out of C, then into group B through one-way valve, the drying gas purge from top to bottom, forcibly separate desiccant and its adsorption moisture in group B, then discharge from the E exhaust; close exhaust valve, open the intake valve after completing regeneration, the whole process is a complete process of heat-free adsorption.

It has strong ability to remove water in compressed air——it can completely adsorb liquid water, meanwhile ensure that pressure dew point of compressed air can reach about 10 ° C.
