A Formula Easily Solve Model Selection of The Dryer !



Different models has different processing flow, so enterprises should select appropriate processing flow models according to production needs, too much flow is may wasted, too little flow does not meet the requirements.




When selecting dryer model, the data may be used as follow: temperature correction coefficient CX, the pressure correction coefficient PX, and the dew point correction coefficient CF (correction coefficient refers to data calculation, formula expression adding coefficient to reflect the real performance of the calculation formula due to the difference of ideal and reality.


Temperature correction coefficient CX




Pressure correction coefficient PX




Dew point correction coefficient CF




Calculation formula: dryer should meet the processing capacity = intake air flow / (CX * PX * CF)


For example, when the compressed air flow is 20m³ / min, the inlet temperature is 40 ℃, the inlet pressure is 0.6MPa, the pressure dew point is -40 ℃:


Dryer should meet the processing capacity = 20m³ / min / (0.9 * 0.85 * 1.00) = 26.14m³ / min


Therefore, above conditions should select 26.14m ³ / min processing flow dryer, it should be selected similar processing flow models :BTGMXW295-A.
