China originally have 18 tax type, This is the first single tax law of 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

This time, sewage charges is the lower limit of environmental tax, intensity of expropriation greatly enhance in taxes, so tax increases will encourage enterprises to actively pursue energy-saving emission reduction, increase environmental investment, improve the technical level, eliminate backward production capacity, then achieve transformation of economic structure. It benefit environmental protection industry after the implementation of environmental protection tax. with the improvement of the environment, energy consumption, environmental protection and other aspects of the requirements, green environmental protection will be one of the main trends in its development. at the same time, it’s industry’s development focus for energy-saving and high efficient dryer.
