In the Design norm for Compressed Air Stations-2002, the filter is clearly defined: configuring filter of the appropriate accuracy in the before and after the air drying device when the user has quality requirements of compressed air, the compressed air should take effective measures to remove oil before entering the drying device when the compressed air needs to dry etc,.So high-precision filter is very vital in the compressed air purification system.


Efficient precision filter is to remove oil mist, water, dust and rust and other impurities in compressed air.


Working principle analysis of biteman high precision filter
Filter cartridge adopts through&open design, which makes filtered impurities directly through the reservoir chamber, there is no need to penetrate via filter and discharge by automatic drainage valve; central filter using high-quality polymer filter material, it have a certain adsorption capacity to fully guarantee the filter effect for oil mist and other impurities; part of the compressed air to purify the inner wall of the filter from the top to bottom, make filtered impurities effectively eliminated, while reducing resistance of filter cartridge on the compressed air .




Solid particles,droplets and impurities in the compressed air is intercepted through the filter material, condensed on the surface of filter cartridge(inside and outside), which discharges via automatic drainage or artificial to get pure compressed air after sinking the bottom of filter.


Efficient precision filter is generally made of shell and filter cartridge, it only need to replace the filter cartridge when maintenance.


Compressed air pollutants are mainly two kinds, first one is sucked into atmospheric pollutants of the compressor, 80% diameter among which are under 2μm; another is bring out -material from compressor , it is smoke state that dissipating to become an aerosol of 0.01~0.8μm. General filter cartridge can remove most of the liquid and solid particles, the particle size is generally greater than 1μm, we must use highly efficient precision filter to get rid of very small solid particles and oil and water aerosols.


Biteman level of efficient precision filter cartridge :



S-class filter cartridge—remove solid particles, water and oil, filtration accuracy is 3μm;

P-class filter cartridge—sweep away solid particles, water and oil, filtration accuracy is 3μm;

U-class filter cartridge—eliminate solid particles, water and oil, filtration accuracy is 1μm;

F-class filter cartridge—remove dust, filtration accuracy is 0.01μm;

H-class filter cartridge—remove solid particles, water and oil, filtration accuracy is 0.1μm;


Biteman characteristics of High Precision Filter
