Operation Effect of biteman modular desiccant Dryer in Printing Industry

Upgrading program of compressed air quality is that latest modular desiccant dryer from Shenzhen Biteman technology will replace traditional twin tower adsorption dryer, which will solve those problem, such as exhaust gas consumption, poor dehydration effect, instability dew point lead to shutting down due to the damage of back-end automatic printing equipment and solenoid valve. It still work normally after using more than 27000 hours via transforming compressed air system is equipped with a 3-stage pre-filter (to remove oil and impurities) and biteman modular adsorption with post- filter(to remove dust),it’s amount reach around 60m³/min, and the pressure dew point remained at around -50 ℃.



Equipment dept someone report: It rarely occur that post-end assembly line is shut down after using Biteman technology’s compressed air purification. Although owning the reliable quality of automatic print assembly line from Germany's import, which have requirement for compressed air quality on user manual, so it need match relative purification system with import’s printing equipment to avoid huge economic loss of shutdown due to cylinders and solenoid valves' damage via their attention.
