Working Conditions of Modular-unit Adsorption Dryer



Modular-unit Dryer is the first developed new adsorption dryer with domestic and foreign patents by biteman, using latest research and development modular-units adsorption technology to solve many defects for original adsorption dryer at one time(such as: uneven air distribution, adsorption dead angle, low utilization rate of adsorbent, high energy consumption) with low drying dew point, stable effect, low energy consumption, simple maintenance and low maintenance cost.


Modular-unit technology advantages

Structural advantages: Adsorbent filling even closer, the effect is drier;

Easy replacement: modular-unit can be replaced independently, there is no need to fill adsorbent on-site, thus solving secondary replacement of adsorbent with difficult work, long time and untight filling and other serious defects for original adsorption dryer;


 High adsorption efficiency: new type modular-units structure solve low adsorption efficiency, adsorbent pulverization rate (tunneling effect) and other issues due to uneven air flow distribution for original adsorption dryer.



Running working condition of modular-unit adsorption:

Intake air temperature: inlet temperature of adsorption dryer need to be controlled at 35 ℃ ~ 55 ℃( the higher the temperature, the much worse the adsorption effect of adsorbent);


Intake pressure: 7 ~ 10 bar;

Regeneration energy consumption: heatless type renewable energy consumption ≤ 5%, micro heat type renewable energy consumption ≤ 2%;

Pressure loss: ≤0.012MPa;

Pressure dew point: -20 ℃ ~ -80 ℃;

Noise emissions: ≤ 75db.
