Refrigeration dryer

Refrigeration dryer is based on the physical properties of wet air, making use of refrigeration technology to compress the compressed air and force cool the required dew point temperature below, which will turn the water vapor mist into liquid droplets, it will be drained to outside by the automatic drainage machine.


























It easily block pipeline of water freezing, then compressed air can not pass, if evaporation temperature of the refrigerant is lower than zero, due to compressed air contains a lot of water, so the refrigerant evaporation temperature can only be set at more than zero, usually 3-5 ℃, so compressed air dew point after treating can not reach below zero , it can not meet requirements for vast majority of industries on the compressed air quality. what kind of hazard will bring when using refrigeration dryer for enterprises?


1. Unqualified compressed air to cause the defective products.

Twin towers dryer
