General Models and Advanced Models of Biteman Modular-Unit Dryer







Biteman modular-units dryer successfully come into market for the first prototype in 2006, now most customers are using the general models of sixth generation, and latest models of the seventh generation ( advanced models). biteman total gains 51 domestic and international patents, fills the gaps in the domestic technology, and develop into advanced technology, well-designed, world-class equipment suppliers and technical support of compressed air purification in industry after more than 10 years development.




So what is the difference between general models and advanced models?


First, change the body shape. the controller operating system of General models and its body side by side, mosaic connection as a whole. the main structure of body consist of outlet valve seat, intake valve seat, silencer exhaust valve seat and cylinder integrated drain valve. Advanced models display and control embedded in the body, body surface only can operate on touch screen, control electric and pneumatic components placed inside of the rear box, the whole model is more compact, nice, the main structure of body is made from Touch screen, patented dual-axis cylinder intake valve, patented integrated drainage valve and patented one-way regeneration integrated valve.









Second, increase displaying contents of touch screen. the controller operating system of general models includes single-chip digital display, PLC touch screen display, remote control and other multi-control display system. advanced models are shown on the touch screen via digital display for working pressure, intake air temperature, processing flow, pressure dew point and regeneration flow.






Third, increase function. DRAC energy-saving system of advanced A type, you can set the pressure dew point value to achieve the automatic adjustment of regeneration air flow. renewable rotor flow-meter of advanced B-type, it can visually show the regeneration flow, the program controllability of human-computer is much stronger.







Fourth, enhance system control. advanced models has 5-inch capacitive screen with high-resolution, independent research and development of control hardware and software, it make the program run more stable, can be reserved 485 communication interface, 1 to 1 direct display of PC remote, integrated control system of DCS remote , the human-computer interface is more intelligent, more concise, faster interaction, the world's first innovation large data management, SMS cat and APP real-time monitoring etc after hundreds of thousands of tests .






In addition to the difference above mentioned, the two models have the same parts, such as independent modular-units structure, equal diameter adsorption system all make the utilization rate of adsorbent increased by 60% or more;






Screen style dispersion convection design, which makes the gas secondary shunt, hasn’t adsorption dead ends, evenly pass the adsorbent layer;





No need to fill adsorbent on the spot, so that it’s much more convenient and fast to replace.
