It’s not strange for this word “Automatic adjustment", but when it comes to the automatic adjustment of dryer regeneration airflow, most people may be muddle,and where is the different between with and without it?





Under normal circumstances, most enterprises debug dew point value based on process requirements for compressed air purification equipment, or equipment itself can achieve a best condition(the regeneration air amount value is fixed after finishing its debugging). in other words, you need to manually adjust the amount of regeneration gas to make it stable, if the compressed air quality needs more strict or the demand changes. while manual adjustment exist a drawback, it will cause the entire compressed air drying effect of instability, and back-end machines of gas equipment will also have different types problems due to before and after the problem of adjustment time.





For example, the rainy season and dry season contains different water molecular weight in the air, the rainy season contains more dense water molecules in the air when the air input is fixed, the adsorbent moisture will have the phenomenon of incomplete desorption when the regeneration air flow is fixed. compared with the dry season, it will be significantly worse effect for and finally reached compressed air quality of the gas equipment. As for short-term changes of compressed air effect, the equipment manager may think that it’s device itself to cause, while it may have different degrees damage for back-end machine of gas equipment, appear the a lot of defective production , and even the entire production line is shutdown caused by machine failure after realizing to adjust the dew point value.





So this is A series can improve for regeneration air flow of automatic adjustment. A models unique automatic control energy-saving system has dew point display regeneration gas consumption, so that it can automatically adjusted according to demand between the regeneration gas consumption and pressure dew point value, the regeneration gas consumption will increase when the dew point temperature rises; the regenerative gas consumption will decrease when the temperature reduces, allowing the pressure dew point to stabilize at the customer's demand. Change of dew point temperature value results in changes of renewable air consumption amount, it won’t affect the operation of entire equipment in the process of automatic adjustment, and it won’t cause damaged for back-end machine of gas equipment, product quality during production while the equipment the stability of air drying.
