Installation precautions of compressed air piping and precision filter



The equipment for compressed air purification systems mainly includes gas storage cylinders, dryers, filters. it’s not only important to select suitable compressed air purification equipment,but also install the equipment, so what we should pay attention when installing compressed air pipeline and precision filters?


Precautions of Compressed air pipeline

1. Wet air inlet is located in upper gas mains of the dryer , and dry gas exhaust port in the lower gas mains;

2. Avoid less using curved joints to make minimize the pressure drop;

3. Dryer exhaust pipe can be connected outside or beyond to minimize the noise due to frequent emissions of purified gas via dryer generating ;

4. All joints (including the dryer) are applied soap bubbles to check during the pipeline pressure to ensure that all joints are not damage in transit and on spot, once all the pipeline are connected.



Precautions of Precise filter installation

1. Installation sequence of precision filter can not be replaced according to S / P-U-H-F-class;

2. It is recommended to install the post-precision filter at the rear end of the dryer,which helps to eliminate the possibility that the desiccant dust is brought into the air system.
　　
3. You must use precision filter of high temperature resistance in case fracture when the dryer appear breakdown.
