Structural subdivision of Biteman Modular-unit Dryer
Biteman modular-unit dryer is an optimization of module adsorption dryer, it adopts separation design to achieve rapid replacement of modular cartridge between overall body and modular-unit under the premise of fully guarantee equipment safety performance and sealing effect, so that drying performance of the equipment can be affected by modular-unit replacement.
Biteman modular-unit dryer has unique structural advantages, which successfully reduce to 30% adsorbent filling capacity of twin tower adsorption dryer, and solve uneven distribution of air flow, dead angle, low use rate of adsorbent, high energy consumption of original adsorption dryer.
Structure as below:
Outlet buffer cavity
Collect compressed air after drying into one-way valve seat.
Regenerated flowmeter
Adjust the size of regeneration gas amount through lower end rotary valve, numerical value directly display in the scale.
Dryer body
Built-in modular cartridge to achieve drying effect of compressed air.
Inlet buffer cavity
Airflow enter this cavity through the intake valve seat, then evenly distribute to independent modular-unit to adsorb.
Exhaust valve seat
Cooperate with switch between working group (A / B), control emissions of regeneration gas, reduce emissions noise.
Outlet
Air outlet connects with gas main pipeline, compressed air after drying directly flow production workshop for using gas end.
Control System
Control key part of equipment, it issue electrical signals.
Inlet
Air inlet connects with air intake main pipeline, then distribute and guide gas.
Integrated drainage valve seat
Collect front and rear filter, and machine drainage as one, and then unified timing emissions; drainage control valve can be used for controlling the size of equipment drainage airflow.
